Healthy Mexican tortilla pizza

Ingredients:
1 Floured tortilla
2tbs Tomato pizza topping sauce
50g TOTAL Greek Yoghurt Authentic (If slimming, use 0%)
25g Sliced chorizo
25g Jalapeño chilli peppers
A handful of rocket
Salt & pepper to taste

Method:
1. Pre heat the oven to 200c. Place the tortilla wrap on a baking sheet and spread the tomato sauce right up to the edge.
2. Sprinkle on the rocket leaves and arrange the chorizo and jalapeño peppers on top. Spoon on 4 or 5 dollops of delicious TOTAL Greek Yoghurt and bake in the oven until golden brown.

To Serve:
Serve on a large plate and eat immediately!

Chef’s Tip
The TOTAL Greek Yoghurt counteracts the spicy, fiery flavours of the peppers, leaving a lovely cooling after taste.
