Chewy, fruity, flapjack lollies

Serves 25
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 15-20 minutes


175g unsalted butter
75g light brown sugar
5 tbsp. golden syrup
275g rolled oats
75g Cadbury Dairy Milk Marvellous Creations Jelly Popping Candy Shells, chopped

1. Preheat the oven to Gas 4, 180°C. Grease and base line a 20cm rectangular tin with baking parchment.

2. Melt the butter, sugar and syrup in a heavy based saucepan over a gentle heat. Add the oats and mix well. Place the mixture into the tin, pressing down well.

3. Bake for 15-20 minutes until light golden brown, remove from the oven and scatter over the chopped chocolate whilst still hot so it melts a little on top

4. Mark into 25 squares and when cool, cut through completely and put onto sticks
