Donna Air takes fashion inspiration from Victoria Beckham and Harry Styles

12 SEPTEMBER 2013 Donna Air has followed in the fashion footsteps of Victoria Beckham and Harry Styles, and was pictured wearing the same playful heart-printed top at a fundraising event.

The 34-year-old presenter, who is currently dating James Middleton, sported the fun Burberry piece at the BGC Partners Charity Day on Wednesday.

Donna paired the burgundy top with beige straight-cut trousers, and looked stylish as she stepped into the shoes of traders for the day and sealed deals over the telephone as part of the charity event.

The cute patterned shirt seems to be a favourite with celebrities. Since its debut at Burberry's Autumn/Winter 13 collection, the heart printed item has been snapped up by A-listers like Harry and Victoria.

The former Spice Girl recently wore the burgundy top when she landed in New York for the city's Fashion Week, while Harry has donned the male version on several occasions.

The One Direction heartthrob was first spotted wearing the fun printed shirt on his birthday in February, shortly after it had made its debut. Harry wore the tope out again for the London premiere of the band's documentary, This Is Us, in August.

The infamous heart patterned top was, however, first officially unveiled by model Karlie Kloss on the catwalk at London Fashion Week. Cara Delevingne stepped out soon after, wearing matching high-waist knickers under a transparent skirt.

While the Burberry silk crepe shirt costs a hefty £495, brands on the high street have been inspired by the fun pattern and have tagged more affordable prices onto their pieces.

Topshop have sold a long-sleeved heart print top for £38, while Lipsy have made a skater dress version for £55.
