Dress to your body shape… That's my top tip. Don't just follow trends. There might be a trend or style around, but if it doesn't suit you, you can do that with an accessory – a bold necklace or a clutch bag. I remember when all the oversize stuff was in – the baggy tops work if you’re tiny but it doesn't work for me because I'm curvy so it adds to my shape. Nude heels elongate your legs – that’s my other bit of fashion advice!

My shape has changed since becoming a mum… I'm the same weight as I was before, but my body, especially my tummy and hips, is just different. I'm not bothered by it though… It took a bit of time to get used to but now I realise that's my figure. Now I'm completely confident in what I wear. I feel under the same pressure as everyone else to stay in shape… No more so than what my friends do. I think every girl wants to look great! Unfortunately, I see a lot more pictures of myself than what my friends do of themselves as there are pictures online – that can be quite hard and I often go 'Oh my God!'.

I don't have any skincare secrets… To be honest, I have a brilliant make-up artist who does a good job with lots of highlighting and contouring – she makes me look like I've been on holiday when I haven't!
