Jennifer Aniston got up close and personal with one of Hollywood's greatest stars when she paid a visit to Park City in Utah this week. The popular actress, who was in town to promote her new movie Friends With Money, was accompanied by movie legend Robert Redford when she arrived for the screening.

The last 12 months have not been easy for the 36-year-old, as she endured intense public scrutiny over the break-up of her marriage to Brad Pitt, but she was back on winning form when she stepped into the spotlight on Thursday night. With an excited smile on her face throughout, Jennifer warmly embraced her dashing escort outside the event.

Speaking to reporters who had gathered to see the movie, the performer confessed to feeling a little taken aback when she found out her flick would be the first to be shown at this year's Sundance festival. "I thought they'd made a mistake," she revealed. "I mean, I definitely thought it was one of those instances when they'd say 'whoops, called the wrong agent', because it was just so nothing I'd ever expected."

With three new productions due to hit cinema screens this year, Jen's career is going from strength to strength. And her role in Friends With Money represents something of a coup for the Californian star, as she leads an ensemble cast which also includes the renowned actresses Frances McDormand, Catherine Keener and Joan Cusack.
