The LA shoreline wouldn't be the same without Lindsay Lohan. The bubbly redhead has been a regular fixture on Malibu beach this summer and continues to pack a punch on the seaside with her gorgeous bikinis and action-filled workouts.

Clearly relishing a refreshing dip in the sea, the 20-year-old stunner laughed as she frolicked in the surf on Sunday. With her perfectly manicured nails and A-list shades, the starlet was as stylish as ever despite the heat.

Later in the day, despite being hospitalised last Wednesday due to heat exhaustion on the set of her latest movie, the Herbie: Fully Loaded actress looked back in fighting form as she threw some expert punches with a personal trainer.

She donned a pair of red boxing gloves for the vigorous workout – part of her training for her latest movie, Georgia Rule, which is currently being shot in LA. In the flick, which charts the revelation of buried family secrets, Lindsay is a rebellious teen hauled off by her dysfunctional mum - played by Felicity Huffman - to spend the summer with her grandmother, Jane Fonda.
