It appears that reports of any tension between Rosario Dawson and Danny Boyle are wide of the mark. It was claimed this week that the actress and the director had ended their romance, and had subsequently ignored each other during a press junket at the weekend. But they looked comfortable and happy in each other's company at the premiere of their film on Tuesday evening. Hitting the red carpet at the unveiling of Trance, Rosario and Danny stood with their arms around each other as they posed for pictures with her co-stars James McAvoy and Vincent Cassel.

Whether showing that they are remaining amicable post-split, or trying to dispel reports of their break-up altogether, they certainly put on a united front, ensuring that they stood next to each other in each group shot.Sin City beauty Rosario, 33, looked beautiful in a floor-length red sequin gown by Jenny Packham at the screening of Danny's British thriller, which tells the story of an art auctioneer mixed up with a criminal gang, who partners up with a hypnotherapist to recover a lost painting. The premiere went a long way to dispel reports of any awkwardness between the US star and Slumdog Millionaire director Danny. According to US Weekly, the pair attended a press junket for Trance at the weekend, and completely ignored each other. "Rosario and Danny didn't interact during interviews," a source reported. "It was pretty obvious they're no longer a couple. He was talking to a group of people when she arrived and it was awkward - like a cold greeting, no hug, and they got through it as quickly as possible."

The couple first met early last year when Rosario was cast in Trance. And in October she revealed how she made the first move not long afterwards. "From the outside it looks like there's a lot of dissimilarities, but we actually have a lot in common," she told Access Hollywood in October. "We're really similar people. He's a very kind man. "It's just one of those things where we were going to go our separate ways had someone not said something."
