Drink water

Water is the ultimate treat for healthy hair as it hydrates it from the inside out, to maximise shine and strengthen the hair for improved healthy.

Get your protein fix

Hair is made up of protein, so it you need lots of it to keep your locks healthy and strong. A lack of protein can lead to dry, brittle and damaged hair, so make sure to get your daily fix from foods such as white meat, fish, dairy, eggs and nuts.

Eat lots of avocado

Foods such as avocado, nuts and oily fish are rich in fatty acids, which contribute to healthy hair growth and help the scalp retain moisture. Avocado oil is also loaded with natural fats and vitamins to protect and nourish hair, leaving it with ultimate health and shine.

Include iron in your diet

Iron is imperative to hair as a lack of iron causes hair loss. Make sure to include foods such as lentils, meat, fish and leafy green vegetables in your diet to help your hair grow.
