Lucy Mecklenburgh is renowned for her flawless hair and make-up, so it comes as no surprise that beauty giants Barry M Cosmetics asked the 24-year-old to become their first ever celebrity brand ambassador. The former The Only Way is Essex star delighted her fans on Sunday when she unveiled her highly-anticipated campaign for the label, taking to Twitter to share her exciting news.

"Check out my first @BarryMCosmetics advert!!!" she wrote to her 1.62 million Twitter followers. "What do u think!?!"
In the short clip, Lucy can be seen flaunting her enviably toned figure in a black fringed minidress, her brunette tresses parted down the middle into a voluminous blow dry. Showing off her edgy beauty credentials, Lucy dazzles as she rocks pale lilac eyeshadow and dramatically long lashes, paired with nude glossy lips for effortless glamour.
The new role marks yet another milestone in her ever-growing list of accolades. Not only was she catapulted to stardom thanks to TOWIE, but after leaving the show she has gone on to launch her successful fitness business Results with Lucy, as well as conquering the world of fashion with her store Lucy's Boutique which stocks a series of stylish pieces.

However, Lucy admitted that working with Barry M was a particularly exciting project for her as she has "grown up" with their products. "Barry M is a brand that I've grown up with and I'm so excited to be the face of such a colourful, fun cosmetics brand," she said in a statement at the time. "I can't wait to share what's in store for 2016!"
