The 26-year-old has previously opened up about wanting more children, telling the MailOnline: "We desperately want a sibling for Nelly sooner rather than later. I feel like with Greg, it's so much more fun for him now that she is old enough that he can play with her and take her out."

Billie revealed why she would like to have another little girl

She continued to hint whether she would like a boy or a second girl, saying: "It would be really nice for Nelly to have a sister as well because then it would be kind of like how Samantha and I were. When Samantha brings the baby over, [Greg] loves it, he actually really suits having a boy. Greg has already bought two mini football nets for him and Nelly, which is funny."

Billie recently decided to leave the hit reality TV show The Only Way is Essex, and revealed she wanted to begin planning her wedding. Speaking to This Morning about her exit, she said: "It's just come to a natural end.

"I do plan to have more children, I would like to have another baby. And I need to start planning my wedding."
