Rita Ora would love these £35.99 cool-girl embellished ballet flats

The Praising You singer hasn’t strayed too far from her sheer-dressing agenda since this time last year, sporting the daring, supermodel-approved trend all year round, whatever the weather. But she has switched it out for diamante outfits, proving the power of this dazzling trend that has already swept across the social media influencer sphere. 

Rhinestone flats are the cool-girl upgrade on the Y2K ballet shoes that have returned with a vengeance over the last couple of years. And brands from the high street to high-end have released their own variations as we head into the winter party season of 2023 (we can't believe it's that time again either...).

Though Rita has recently worn two dazzling embellished outfits that are as eccentric and bold as her usual style agenda, she, like many other fashionistas, has proved that the rhinestone ballet flat is the perfect way to don the trend more delicately, yet still add glamour to a look.

Attending the DVF Awards held during the 2023 Venice Film Festival, Rita departed from the stereotypical red carpet stiletto and opted for a pair of black studded ballet flats adorned with dazzling silver embellishments.

This stunning new-season pair from Stradivarius are almost identical and provide the same sophisticated silhouette with a hint of rebellion, ideal for pairing with everything from maxi dresses to trousers and tights with mini skirts this autumn/winter.

Rita has recently sported two incredible embellished dresses. One, a black fitted mini dress with a sweetheart neckline and vertical rows of statement rhinestones, and the other, the ‘Limousine Feather-Trimmed Sequined Mini Dress’ from De La Vali, featuring the coolest flared sleeves with ostrich feather cuffs, a high-neck collar and a fitted silhouette. 

If more subtle glam is on the agenda, however, the rhinestone shoe is utterly perfect for injecting some cool-girl allure this party season.
