Andrew Lancel

Andrew Lancel, the actor behind The Bill's Detective Inspector Neil Manson, seem to have made a habit of chasing bad guys, having also appeared as a detective constable in the 2003 mini-series Blue Dove. Other TV outings from the Lancashire-born thesp include Queer As Folk, City Central and Cardiac Arrest. He made his big screen debut in 2003's The Face At The Window.
