Despite his relative youth, Tom Felton has proved he can hatch an evil plan with the best of them. As the peroxide-haired Draco Malfoy, he has done everything possible to scupper Harry Potter's career at Hogwart's School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Prior to reaching for his magic wand, the young performer also appeared in The Borrowers and a TV version of Bugs.
