Tom Ward

Born: January 11, 1971
Famous for: Making morgues slightly more appealing as Silent Witness' fanciable geek

Although he claims to be "pale and slightly scruffy" in the flesh, Tom Ward cuts quite a dash in a pair of breeches. So no surprise then that he's a regular fixture in period dramas from Anna Kareninaand Pride And Prejudice to Vanity Fair and Moll Flanders, where he romped with ER's Alex Kingston. But the chiselled-jawed actor is best known for his forensic skills as Dr Harry Cunningham in Silent Witness. An experienced stage fighter, in real life the father-of-one has also fenced for Great Britain.
