VICTORIA LOCKWOOD EXPECTING HER FIFTH CHILD

Victoria Lockwood, former sister-in-law of Princess Diana and already a mother of four, is to have her fifth child next April. The father is South African Jonathan Aitken, a businessman who ran an international clothing company before entering the rehabilitation clinic where he and Victoria met and fell in love a year ago.

"The baby is very much wanted," said Victoria after the news broke, adding that now is "the happiest I have been in many years. This completes us as a family unit."

The former model and cover girl married Earl Spencer in 1989 but was involved in an acrimonious divorce eight years later. She has now made a new life for herself in an exclusive Cape Town suburb where she lives with Jonathan and the four children she had with Earl Spencer. Victoria shares custody of the children with her former husband and each summer sends them to be with him at Althorp, the estate where Diana grew up and where she now lies at rest.
