Prince Charles received a glamorous helping hand from Liz Hurley when he launched a new Prince's Trust-backed initiative in London on Tuesday. The actress came along to show her support for the Get Into scheme, which helps young people learn new skills in order to find employment.

The event was staged at legendary restaurateur Anton Mosimann's restaurant in Belgravia. Two youngsters from the pilot scheme did work experience there some months ago, and have both gone on to become professional chefs at the upmarket eaterie.

Liz and Charles toured the kitchens, where the first two success stories were showing off their new skills. The Prince, who had been reassured that only organic products were being used in the preparation of dishes, then said a few words to mark the occasion.

Young people who win the support of Get Into are given a week's intensive work experience to show them what working in a particular industry is like. If they then decide they would like to pursue a career in that sector, the Prince's Trust gives them the help they need to get started.
