Princess Mary of Denmark has been indulging her stylish side at Copenhagen Fashion Week. The brunette royal created an exciting attmosphere with her enthusiasm and elegance as she took note of the latest fashion trends showcased in the capital. Mary and her sister-in-law, Princess Marie, were sure not to miss the week's main events. The pair enjoyed a special night at Copenhagen's Royal Theatre to see Denmark's 'queen of fashion' Malene Birger's show.

Marie and Mary, who is personal friends with the designer, showed their support for Malene who will celebrate 10 years in the fashion industry later this year. Prince Frederick's wife then flew solo as she returned again for the last day of events at the Bella Centre's congress hall. In a chic navy blue coat and matching brown leather boots and bag Mary chatted to designers and took at their collections before lending her royal touch to award proceedings. Mary, who turns 41 on Tuesday, presented Camilla Jaeger Jespersen with her award having won a young designer’s contest.

Camilla looked thrilled, holding her hands to her mouth in shock as the Danish heir presented her with a large bouquet, her 50,000 kroner prize money and a subscription to Sport and Street Collezioni magazine. For the past few years Mary has proved herself to be a faithful follower of Copenhagen fashion week and was even chosen to launch the event last year. Mary's fellow European royals Princess Victoria of Sweden and Spain's Princess Letizia often show support for their respective country's fashion weeks.
