Will-they, won't-they couple Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck - once a ubiquitous item on the celebrity scene - are continuing their more low profile approach to life with an unspectacular round of pre-Christmas activities.
On Monday, J Lo swapped her over-the-top glam for a stylish leather trench and stripey scarf as she and her goateed beau dressed down for a bash at hotspot The Hit Factory before getting a takeout at a local restaurant.
It looks like the couple, who were hand in hand during their seasonal outing, have put their relationship woes behind them for good. Earlier this week, asked during an impromptu on-air interview with US DJ Howard Stern if he planned to wed the Latina diva, Ben replied: "I certainly hope so. If I'm lucky."
The actor also took the chance to cheekily plug his upcoming movie when Howard queried him about his love life. "It's amazing, incredible, amazing," he quipped. "It's almost as amazing as Paycheck - in theatres December 25."
