Loved-up parents Liv Tyler and her rocker husband Royston Langdon enjoyed a rare evening out this week. At the Free Arts benefit in New York the couple, who've been married for three years, were all smiles.

Since giving birth to their son Milo the beautiful actress has slipped off the celebrity radar to devote most of her time to caring for the 18-month-old baby. Despite her oft-expressed qualms about leaving the little one, 28-year-old Liv relaxed and savoured her night off.

Also on hand were wealthy Olsen twins, Ashley and Mary-Kate. Regulars on the Big Apple social scene, the 19-year-old sisters, who first appeared on TV aged nine months, seem now to be finding their feet in the adult world.

Both girls have been taking an active interest in the Dualstar company, which oversees production of their movies, clothes and furniture lines. Mary-Kate, for instance, goes to Dualstar's headquarters twice a week to discuss major decisions. "You can't put a price tag on that kind of education," says CEO Diane Reichenberger. "There's your MBA."
