She's busy promoting her second solo album The Sweet Escape but it seems Gwen Stefani's baby boy is never far from her mind. The proud new mum couldn't help telling her Canadian fans about little Kingston's developments as she arrived at Toronto's MuchMusic studios this week.

The 6-month-old tot is clearly the apple of his famous mother's eye. "He's so different," she said. "It's amazing…I'm all sparkly talking about it because it's just such a miracle!" Gwen loves parenting so much that she's even hinted it's something she'd want to do full-time. "It's all I ever thought about," she revealed recently. "I would love to just sit at home with Kingston and eat pizza."

Californian-born Gwen put on a typically stylish performance for her appearance on Tuesday's live music show, sporting freshly chopped bangs and wearing her signature GG necklace - representing her first initial as well as that of her husband Gavin Rossdale.

The platinum-selling 'Hollaback Girl' is currently causing a stir on the airwaves with her single Wind It Up which pays homage to her all-time favourite movie The Sound Of Music. Her track even features Gwen yodeling like Julie Andrews in the film's song The Lonely Goatherd.

Despite juggling her fashion label L.A.M.B, criss-crossing the Atlantic to promote the album and bringing up her baby, the Grammy-winner doesn't seem too worried about getting some shut-eye. "I'll sleep sometime later," she says.
