British film director Guy Ritchie has become a father again.
At 11am on Monday, his girlfriend Jacqui Ainsley reportedly gave birth to a healthy baby boy at London's Portland Hospital.
The couple's newborn son is said to have arrived a few of days before his due date by Caesarean section.
Guy, 42, and Jacqui, 29, are yet to decide upon a name, but are "over the moon" about the new arrival.

The little boy will be a half-brother to the film maker's sons with ex-wife Madonna; 11-year-old Rocco and six-year-old David Banda, adopted in May 2008.
Guy and Madonna announced their separation after nearly eight years of marriage in October 2008, and their divorce was finalised in November of that same year.
It was Jacqui who helped mend the screenwriter's broken heart.
The couple first met at a mutual friend's dinner party in May 2009 and stayed in touch via email over the course of the next year.
They shared their first date in March 2010 – a "relaxed and enjoyable evening" in Guy's own pub The Punchbowl. "We laughed all evening," Jacqui – who had previously dated Darius Danesh – told HELLO!.
Four months later, the fiercely private couple went public with their romance, arriving hand-in-hand at a charity event.
It was a big statement from the director who had remained extremely coy about his personal life following his divorce.
By August 2010, it was clear that Jacqui was very much a part of the Ritchie clan when she was pictured on a family meal with Guy and his two sons, Rocco and David.
Then, at the start of the New Year, their relationship was further cemented when she left her Essex home and moved into his Marylebone apartment.
In an interview with HELLO! in January, she described the transition as "very organic". "We were spending all our time together, so it made sense," she said.
As well as revealing her ongoing attempts to master Hebrew – a language already spoken by her "soul mate" Guy – and her love of backpacking, former Lynx model Jacqui spoke of her desire to start a family.
"It's something I think about," she admitted. "Children are such a blessing. My eight-year-old godson is the apple of my eye."
Happily, her wish came true in March 2011 when Guy and Jacqui proudly announced that they were expecting their first child together.
