Cardi B revealed the name of her youngest child a year after giving birth to her son, whom she shares with NFL star Stefon Diggs. The rapper took to Instagram on Wednesday to reveal her one-year-old's name, alongside a slew of photos of the tiny tot.
"Happy 1st birthday to Grey Marsean Diggs!!" she began in the caption. "It's only been one year since meeting you, but it feels like I've had you at my side forever."

"I was growing you inside of me and at the same time you were giving me life! You gave a new meaning to what a Grey day feels like."
"You light up my life and every room with your smile, your laugh and your precious spirit," she concluded.

© InstagramThe 34-year-old welcomed Grey in 2025 with her ex, Stefon Diggs, with whom she shared an on-and-off-again relationship between 2024 and 2026. They seemingly split for good in May 2026.
Prior to Grey's birth, Stefon shared with People that he was excited to be a father to a little boy. "It's a boy. That's enough for me. I can't wait to make him do push-ups and sit-ups and run around," he said.

Cardi opened up about her pregnancy on CBS Mornings in 2025, sharing that she was in a "good space" to welcome little Grey.
"I'm having a baby with my boyfriend, Stefon Diggs," the mother of four said. "I'm excited. I'm happy. I feel like I'm in a good space. I feel very strong, very powerful that I'm doing all this work – but I'm doing all this work while I'm creating a baby."

The New York native announced Grey's arrival on Instagram in November 2025, sharing that she was looking forward to her tour after welcoming her son.
"My life has always been a combination of different chapters and different seasons," she wrote. "My last chapter was the beginning of a new season. Starting over is never easy, but it's been so worth it!"
