Über-mum Uma Thurman expecting with multi-millionaire beau

The exciting news has emerged that Uma Thurman is expecting at the age of 41.

The new arrival will be the Kill Bill star's first child with financier boyfriend Arpad Busson, and a playmate for her two children Maya, 13, and 10-year-old Levon – from her relationship with ex-husband Ethan Hawke.

And from daddy's side there are also two big brothers, Arpad Flynn Alexander and Aurelius Cy Andrea, whose mum is Australian supermodel Elle Macpherson.

When Uma stepped out to support Tommy Hilfiger (pictured below) at New York Fashion Week earlier this month, there was no hint of a bump under her billowing black outfit.

However, a rep for the star has now confirmed that she is indeed stepping back into her role as mum.

"She's excited" a friend told Life & Style magazine "She's happy and just a few months along right now. She's due in late, late summer".

"A lot of her friends were asking her because they could tell the difference when they saw her at New York Fashion Week. She's usually so skinny, but now she has the cutest little bump and a glow about her".

French born financier Arpad started seeing his leading lady back in 2007. Apart from a brief split in 2009, the pair have been inseparable ever since.

He made his fortune in the world of hedge funds and when pressed on how much he's worth quips "enough", "enough" estimated to be in the region of £136 million.

A passionate philanthropist, his charities include Absolute Return for Kids (ARK), whose black tie functions raise thousands as celebrities and royalty pay up to £10,000 for a ticket.

In 2011, Arpad's friend, the Duke of Cambridge, chose the gala dinner to show off his new bride in their first engagement as a married couple.

And in January, Uma herself opened up about how contented she is with their relationship.

"I have something I would really like to express about my love life," she announced to Harper’s Bazaar. "I’m happier with it now than I’ve been in many, many years".

"I’m trying to have as peaceful a personal life as possible."
