Andrea Bocelli baby: The new arrival is called Virginia
Italian tenor Andrea Bocelli and his fiancée Veronica Berti have welcomed a baby girl.
The delighted couple confirmed the happy news to HELLO! Online.
Fifty-three-year-old Andrea, who was blinded at the age of 12 in a football accident, and his future wife had already picked out the little girl's name – Virginia.
"It's of Etruscan origin," Veronica told HELLO!. "The thing I like about this name is that none of my friends has it."
Baby Virginia has two older brothers in the form of Amos, 17, and Matteo, 14 – Andrea's sons with his first wife Enrica.
"With a dad and two older brothers she will have very attentive bodyguards," says Veronica, who is also Andrea's manager.
