Tinseltown is in the midst of another baby boom. This year will see new arrivals for Uma Thurman, Anna Paquin, Kourtney Kardashian and Sienna Miller.Heading up the pack of hot new mamas is Reese Witherspoon, who proudly confirmed this week that she is pregnant with her third child.After months of speculation the Oscar-winner revealed she is indeed expecting her first baby with husband Jim Toth.

The 36-year-old – who wed Jim in a country-chic ceremony in March 2011 - is already mum to Ava, 12, and Deacon, eight, with Ryan Phillippe. Reese's baby bump was on display at the weekend when she made an appearance to receive an award at the Gene Siskel Film Center in Chicago.The radiant star told the Chicago Sun-Times: "I'm always feeling like I'd like to eat everything in sight!" before revealing her plans to take a break from acting after wrapping up work on Devil's Knot."I'm going to take a little time off – and go have a baby," she said.Another actress expanding her brood in 2012 is Sarah Michelle Gellar.The Buffy star confirmed that she was expecting her second baby with husband Freddie Prinze, Jr. back in April.

The couple – who married in Mexico in 2002 - are already proud parents to Charlotte Grace, who will turn three in September.The gorgeous girl was spotted out and about with her mummy at a shopping centre at the weekend.Dressed in a Rolling Stones t-shirt, she practiced her balancing skills on a wall before being lovingly scooped up in pregnant Sarah's arms.No doubt Charlotte is very excited about becoming a big sister.Certainly her parents are looking forward to welcoming the new addition. "She (Sarah) and Freddie are thrilled," a source close to the actress told People."They love their little girl more than anything in the world and know that love will only multiply. "She is such a fantastic mum; it is just great news."
