A first Father's Day is a special event for any new dad, and Shakira decided to mark the occasion for her boyfriend Gerard Piqué with a touching tribute. The singer posted a beautiful family portrait on her Facebook page to celebrate the date.
The picture shows Shakira, 36, and Gerard holding their four-month-old son Milan, with an accompanying message written in Spanish that read, "Happy Father's Day!! We love you! Your family."

In the image, the blonde star can be seen propping up her young son, while footballer Gerard, 26, holds his hand. The little boy, who has inherited his mother's big brown eyes, looks adorable in a 'DJ Sleep-a-lot' babygro — suggesting he might follow Shakira into the music business.
The Voice US judge recently spoke to People magazine about what Gerard has been like as a dad. "Thank God (Milan's) father has been really involved," she said. "He's been amazing. The baby spends as much time with me as he does with his dad.
"He's the kind of dad who is full hands-on. He changes diapers; he enjoys bathing him. That's a real help for me."
Shakira met Spanish football star Gerard in Spring 2010, when he appeared in the music video for Waka Waka (This Time for Africa), the official World Cup song. She officially confirmed their romance in March 2011 on Twitter, posting a picture of the two of them with the caption, "I present to you my sunshine."
In September 2012, Shakira and Gerard confirmed they were expecting their first child together, and welcomed Milan Piqué Mebarak on 22nd January 2013, in Barcelona, where the family resides.
