Lea Michele posts touching photo montage with Glee 'family'

Lea Michele has posted a touching behind-the-scenes photo montage on Instagram, which shows the talented actress smiling and laughing with her Glee "family" in her trailer.

Following the recent death of her co-star boyfriend Cory Monteith, Lea is showing signs that she is on the slow road to recovery. The brunette beauty has thrown herself back into work and has been showered with love and support from her co-stars and colleagues.

"Beautiful shoot w/ my glam family... I love them so much! @EsteeStanley @marktownsend1 & @melaniemakeup ❤," tweeted Lea.

The sepia images show a smiling Lea having her hair and make-up done, and posing alongside her stylist and make-up artist for a series of snaps.

"You guys are the best.. Thank you for making me smile:) Love you all ❤," she posted later in the day, reaching out to her fans.

Lea and her co-stars have been busy filming the fifth season of Glee, and have planned a special tribute episode to Cory who died of a heroin and alcohol overdose in mid-July.

The leading star made her first public appearance since Cory's death at the Teen Choice Awards earlier this month, where she tearfully accepted her award for Choice TV Actress in a Comedy.

Lea started her emotional acceptance speech by thanking those who had helped her in "these very difficult weeks." She then dedicated her award to her late boyfriend who played Finn Hudson on the show.

"I wanted to dedicate this award to Cory, and for all of you out there who loved and admired Cory as much as I did," she said. "I promise that with your love, we'll get through this together.

"He was very special to me and to the world, and we were all lucky to witness his incredible talent, his handsome smile and his beautiful, beautiful heart.

"And whether you knew him personally or as Finn Hudson, Cory reached out and he became part of all of our hearts — and that's where he'll stay forever."

Lea has been keeping a low-profile since Cory's tragic death, but has reached out to her fans via Twitter.

She posted a poignant photograph of her back at work on the set of Glee earlier this month, with the caption "Feels so good to be home".
