Fearne Cotton is brimming with excitement ahead of her return to hosting E!'s BAFTA red-carpet coverage this weekend. She had to miss the 2013 awards because she was pregnant with her baby son, Rex, who arrived just ten days after the ceremony.
"This time last year I was about to give birth, so I was sitting up all night on the sofa," Fearne told HELLO! magazine. "I watched every minute of it.
"I'm obsessed with the awards. I love all of them. It's so glam. I think we're all just waiting to see who's going to be there and who's going to win and what they're wearing."
The 32-year-old teamed up with Dermot O'Leary to take over the official E! spot in 2012. Caroline Flack stepped into her shoes last year, but Fearne is thrilled to be back with close friend Dermot.
"He's just a dream to work with," she said. "We have so much fun presenting live. You never know what's going to happen, but he's great at reacting to whatever's going on."
"I love interviewing these film stars," she added. "I'd really like to interview Jennifer Lawrence – she's hilarious and honest and I think she's a real girl's girl. I also want to get George Clooney or Leonardo DiCaprio. I'd love to interview Leo – can you imagine? I'll have to make sure Dermot doesn't swoop in."
One area where Fearne definitely has the advantage over Dermot is fashion, and choosing what to wear to the BAFTAs is no small matter.
"I haven't got a dress picked out yet," she said. "I'll leave the final decision to the last minute. It will be glam, though.
"The BAFTAs are brilliant for fashion moments. Maybe it's because they're the last awards before the Oscars, so everybody is saving their favourite dress, but still want to have some fun. We're known for taking risks and being a bit quirky with our fashion trends in London, so they can get away with more, despite the cold weather.
"I don't think anyone minds the cold though, really. We're all in it together. But I always take a hot water bottle. This year, I'll bring two."

Fearne's last red-carpet appearance was at January's National TV Awards, at which she showed off her engagement ring after her musician partner Jesse Wood proposed in December.
"I'm really looking forward to the three of us becoming a proper little family," she said of herself, Jesse and Rex.
HELLO! magazine's Inside Entertainment chatted with Fearne the morning after she met up with her Celebrity Juice co-stars Holly Willoughby and Keith Lemon, aka Leigh Francis. It was a low-key catch up, with the DJ returning home early to look after her son.
"I didn't get any sleep because Rex was awake all night teething," she said. "I'm worse off today than if I'd stayed out all night with Holly."
Live from the Red Carpet: The 2014 EE British Academy Film Awards is on E! on Sunday 16 February at 5.15pm.
