Meanwhile, their co-stars Louise Thompson and Andy Jordan also seemed to be going public with their new relationship.
Louise, who was seen ending her tumultuous relationship with Spencer on last week's episode, arrived with her new love Andy.
There was thought to be tension between Lucy and Louise as Spencer asked Lucy on a date shortly after splitting with Louise, but the girls put their differences behind them for the occasion, taking a moment away from their new boyfriends to pose with each other and fellow co-star Binky Felstead.
Last week, Spencer and Lucy raised a few eyebrows with their flirtatious tweets, attracting attention with a tongue-in-cheek exchange.
"Getting a lot of requests for Lucy's twitter name," tweeted Spencer, whose relationships have featured heavily on the show since it first aired in 2011. "It's @imLucyWatson... She loves good chat so fire away x."
Not one to let Spencer's cheeky comment slide, Lucy tweeted a dismissive reply.
"Thanks for that Spencer," she said. "But I really don't need your help with followers."
"Stop asking me for help then.... @imLucyWatson xx" responded Spencer before Lucy put an end to the online banter.
"Ummmmmmm no," she tweeted. "You know that I'm in a competition with someone and you offered your help without being asked ... Cute."
Lucy's cryptic tweet had Made In Chelsea fans guessing if the socialite was referring to Spencer's ex-girlfriend, Louise.
