Liberty, 35, gets the family house in Los Angeles as well as two other properties in London, £8,300 a month in spousal support for four years, £14,700 a month in child support for their two children and 15% of Rupert's profits from movies.

Rupert, on the other hand will keep his Malibu beach house and 1970 VW van. The director also gets joint custody of daughter Skyla, nine, and son Tennyson, seven.

Following Rupert's brief affair with actress Kristen Stewart in July 2012, Liberty filed for divorce from her film director husband in January 2013 at Los Angeles Superior County Court.

The couple's relationship had been under immense strain since news broke that Rupert had conducted a brief affair with Kristen, who was also in a relationship with Robert Pattinson at the time. The

Twilight actress swiftly issued a heartfelt apology for the "momentary indiscretion" that occurred when she was working on Rupert's film Snow White And The Huntsman, which also starred his wife Liberty.

Her statement was quickly followed by a similar apology from Rupert to Vogue model Liberty, saying he was "utterly distraught about the pain" he had caused his family.

In October 2013, Liberty finally spoke out about the affair and revealed that finding out about it was "horrible"."It was horrible," she said. "It was really the worst, really the worst. I have no words to describe what we went through," the mum-of-two said in an interview with Vanity Fair.

"But I think, for me, something always has to completely die for there to be a rebirth. And, for me, I feel like I'm going through a rebirth."
