Jennifer Aniston reveals her ideal weight and why she won't have plastic surgery

Jennifer Aniston has said that she is planning to grow old gracefully and that her fiancé Justin Theroux is anti-plastic surgery.

Speaking to make-up artist and Yahoo Beauty Editor-in-Chief, Bobbi Brown the 45-year-old actress said she doesn't envy those who have had surgery and that Justin would be upset if she underwent a cosmetic procedure.

"I think, what I have been witness to is seeing women trying to stay ageless with what they are doing to themselves," she told Bobbi.

"I am grateful to learn from their mistakes, because I am not injecting stuff into my face.

"I see them and my heart breaks," she added. "I think, 'Oh God, if you only know how much older you look.'

They are trying to stop the clock and all you can see is an insecure person who won’t let themselves just age.

"I also have a fiancé who will put a gun to my head if I touch my face in any way."

Jennifer named starts including Gloria Steinem, Diane Keaton and Annette Bening as being "fabulous fearless women who are flawless, they embrace it [the ageing process]!

"You know to each their own," she concluded. "I don’t judge it if you do it, but sometimes I wish I could beg the people I know, who I am very near and dear to, to not touch their face.

"LA-born Jennifer also revealed that her ideal weight is between 110lbs (7 stone 9lbs) and 113 lbs (8 stone).

"I would love to drop five pounds," she said. "That is just where I have always been really comfortable at about 110 to 113 pounds. But it is harder to get that down, at this age."
