In the emotional black-and-white video, Selena breaks down in tears singing lines such as, "There are a million reasons why I should give you up but the heart wants what it wants." "I have been waiting to share this with all of you," she tweeted on Thursday. "The video for my new single." "It is the perfect way to end a chapter.
