Stephen Fry and Elliott Spencer have started their three-month honeymoon. The newlyweds, who tied the knot in mid-January, had previously delayed their romantic trip due to work commitments, including Stephen's recent hosting duties at the BAFTAs.
Looking thrilled to finally kick off their travels, Stephen and Elliott were pictured giggling and smiling as they arrived at LAX airport in California on Sunday.
Elliott, 27, shared his enthusiasm on Twitter as he wrote: "Excited for my first proper trip to #LosAngeles #Hollywood."

Stephen, meanwhile, had announced that he would be leaving cyber space temporarily and not be checking his messages while abroad.
The 57-year-old comedian left a post on his website, writing: "Just a quick note to say that I'm going to be away until May. During that time I will be taking a holiday from Twitter and, with a few exceptions, not tweeting at all."
Stephen also explained: "There are a small number of pre-arranged tweets that have been scheduled using Hootsuite and Tweetdeck, so they will go out automatically. They do not mean, of course, that I am monitoring my feed or that I have plugged into Twitter."
Paying special mention to "those friendly types," Stephen apologised in advance for not checking his messages. "I'm afraid they won't be read," he wrote. "It is simply impossible for me even to look at them, let alone respond to them, and have anything close to a life. I am sure you understand."
The couple had had to postpone their honeymoon due to Stephen Fry's BAFTA hosting duties
Stephen and Elliott married on 17 January – just a few days after announcing their engagement – at the local registry in Dereham, Norfolk. The Blackadder star had thrown reporters off their tracks by deliberately leaking false information about the date of his ceremony.
Speaking on BBC Radio 2 earlier this month, Stephen revealed a few details about the lovebirds' honeymoon, saying: "We're planning a huge adventure. We start in Cuba, where we've booked a romantic hideaway, and then go to about three or four more countries."
Elliott, meanwhile, has insisted that the 30-year age gap doesn't faze him. "I don't care what people think, Stephen is the love of my life, the light of my life," he told The Mirror, before revealing that laughter had brought them together. The pair met three years ago after being introduced by friends.
