You are coming under a little pressure now. Someone clearly believes that you are capable of doing more - or of doing something differently. Is that a fair expectation? Are unreasonable assumptions being made about you? Are you perhaps, even making them about yourself? You can spend the next few days wondering what everyone else's problem is or you can try to rise to the challenge that you are now being presented with. You are not obliged to work a miracle but it just so happens that you can.

Becky Adlington shot to fame in 2008 when she won two Gold medals a the Summer Olympics in Beijing. Her win made her the first British female swimmer to win Gold since 1960 - and the first British swimmer in one hundred years to win more than one medal at the Olympics.

The win was the culmination of years of training by Becky at Sherwood Colliery Swimming Club, where Becky first began swimming as a young girl.

Her determination was made clear during those summer months of 2008, when she first won Gold at the World Swimming Championships. Olympic medals followed, and in 2009 she swam a personal best at the World Aquatics Championships.

At the 2012 London Summer Olympics, Becky found herself the focus of intense expectation, and she completed the 400m freestyle event and the 800m freestyle event, winning bronze in both.

A month after the Games, Becky confirmed that she would not be competing for Team GB in the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro, and in February 2013, she confirmed she would be retiring from all competitive swimming, revealing: "I have achieved everything I wanted to."

In her personal life, Becky began dating fellow swimmer Harry Needs during 2011. In March 2013 the pair announced their engagement, with Becky sharing the happy news with her fans on Twitter, writing, "Had the best weekend ever!! Thank you @Harryneeds for making me the happiest person ever right now #engaged #isaidyes."

Eighteen months later, the pair wed at an idyllic rural wedding venue The Ashes, with the happy couple sharing their wedding photographs exclusively with Hello! magazine. Speaking to the magazine, Becky revealed: “I love the fact Harry was in bits before I even reached him. I was a bit nervous in the car on the way here with my dad, but as soon as I walked in, my nerves melted and I relaxed. The room was just full of love."

In December 2014, Becky and Harry spoke to Hello! magazine again, confirming that they are expecting their first child - "The due date is 4 June so, yes, we must have conceived on the first day of our honeymoon in Venice," Becky said.

"But we're not the Beckhams – we won't be calling the baby Venice!" quipped Harry.
