Taylor Swift and Calvin Harris appear to confirm romance

Much speculation has surrounded Taylor Swift and Calvin Harris in recent weeks, with the pair rumoured to be enjoying a string of dates. But on Thursday they finally appeared to confirm their romance as they left a gig together in Hollywood.

The cute couple, who first set eyes on each other at a BRITs afterparty two months ago, were flocked by photographers as they made their way to the car.

The lovebirds didn't seem to mind that they were snapped walking hand-in-hand though.

Taylor Swift and Calvin Harris are believed to have hit it off at a BRITs afterparty

New photos showed Calvin, 31, opening the car door and letting Taylor slip in to the chauffeured vehicle first. The DJ was also snapped placing a protective hand on Taylor's knee as they drove away.

The Blank Space singer, 25, was certainly dressed to impress. She showed off her petite figure in a tight black lace top and a pair of black skinny jeans.

Onlookers couldn't miss the full ear-to-ear grin that Taylor sported. Perhaps it was the performance by HAIM at the Troubadour club that had Taylor smiling, but it was more likely her date night with Scottish star Calvin.

This month is all about Calvin Harris, a source said, before Taylor Swift kicks off her world tour

Taylor, whose past love interests include John Mayer, Harry Styles and Taylor Lautner, is reportedly hoping to get to know Calvin more before her 1989 World Tour kicks off later this year.

"Taylor wants to spend as much time as possible with Calvin before she leaves for her tour. So this month is all about Calvin," a source told HollywoodLife.

The blonde beauty's friends also seem to have given their seal of approval. The insider added: "They're aware he's treated Taylor great so far. She's told them glowing things about how well-mannered he is towards her, so they think Calvin could be perfect for her."

The musical duo first sparked rumours of a romance when they were seen flirting and chatting at the BRITs ceremony in February in London, where Taylor picked up the award for best International Female Solo Artist.
