Bruce Jenner: Trailer released for interview with Diane Sawyer

The promotional video for Bruce Jenner's highly anticipated tell-all interview with Diane Sawyer has been released. Television network ABC aired the trailer on Thursday evening during an episode of Grey's Anatomy, sparking excitement amongst Bruce's fans that after months of speculation that he is transitioning to a woman, they will finally hear about his journey in his own words.

A voiceover speaking during the 24-second clip confirms that Bruce's exclusive talk with journalist and former news anchor Diane will cover "the journey, the decisions, the future".

Bruce will reportedly address rumours that he is transgender in the interview

As was previously revealed, the promo video reveals that the programme will hit TV screens on Friday 24 April at 9pm on Entertainment Tonight.

The network have said that Bruce's interview, which was recorded in February, will be "far-ranging and exclusive".

It is expected that it will be the first time that the former Olympian will address reports that he is making the transition from male to female after months of rumours.

It is believe that Bruce chose to speak to Diane due to her support for the LGBT community

The 65-year-old, who divorced his wife of 22 years Kris Jenner in December 2014, is thought to have chosen to speak to Diana because she has always been very supportive of the LGBT community in the past.

It was revealed that Bruce would record the tell-all interview in February, just days after he was said to have also started filming a new docu-series about his "journey".

While Bruce has maintained a dignified silence amidst ongoing speculation about his changing appearance, his mother Esther confirmed that her son is transitioning to become a woman, and said she has "never been more proud" of him.

"I just learned about [his transition]. Bruce filled me in, and we had a very long, long, long talk about it," she told Radar Online. "I have never been more proud of Bruce for who he is, himself as a father, as an Olympian, a wonderful public speaker. He instils enthusiasm in people. He's gifted."
