It's been a devastating few days for the family of Bobbi Kristina Brown, following her tragic death at just 22. Summing up the thoughts of all her loved ones, Tyler Perry – a close friend of Whitney Houston – broke his silence on Tuesday, with a short but poignant tweet. "I'm a writer with no words…. Bobbi Kris," he wrote.
Gone Girl director and actor Tyler has been offering support to the family, including Bobbi Kristina's father Bobby Brown, ever since she was found unresponsive in a bathtub in her Atlanta home back in January.

He was photographed on a number of occasions at the hospital, and was there at her bedside alongside her relatives when she was transferred to a hospice in June.
Just two weeks ago, Tyler reached out on his Facebook page to ask fans to pray for the Houston and Brown families. "This morning I woke up with Whitney on my mind," he wrote. "I couldn't help but think about all that she must have dreamed for her child. I know this was not her dream."

Bobbi Kristina passed away on Sunday after a six month battle to live. In a heartbreaking statement, the family confirmed the sad news, saying: "She is finally at peace in the arms of God".
"We want to again thank everyone for their tremendous amount of love and support during these last few months."

It is thought that Bobbi Kristina's funeral is scheduled to take place on Saturday 1 August in Georgia. According to NBC affiliate WXIA, who is reporting details from a family source, the service will be held at St James United Methodist Church at 11am, with the burial being held in New Jersey on Monday.
