He's the teen idol who can get tickets to the glitziest awards shows and hang out with celebrities like One Direction, Jaden and Willow Smith. And Brooklyn Beckham impressed fans once again when a short video of him doing football tricks – just like his sports star father David – was released on Instagram.

In the clip, posted by his friend James McVey, the 16-year-old is seen flicking the ball into the air repeatedly while simultaneously balancing on a Uwheels electric scooter. James captioned the video simply: "How?"

Brooklyn played for a few months with Arsenal under-18s team and is clearly keen not to lose his touch. His friend James is a guitarist with popular British boy band the Vamps and in the last week his social media site has featured several pictures of Brooklyn, who is holidaying in America with his family.

The teenager's mother Victoria recently spoke of her children's passion for sport, saying: "The three boys love football like their dad: they love all sport, not just football.

"And they're into so many other things. They love art, they're very creative, very arty. Brooklyn loves photography, he's got a really great eye."

Her daughter also seems to have picked up on the family's enthusiasm for football as was seen in an Instgram post of Harper kicking a ball in the back of the net.

"Mia Hamm eat your heart out," David jokingly captioned the snap, referring to retired American player Mia who once held the record for most international goals of any male or female player in history. "Harper Seven taking lessons from her brothers (oh and her dad)."

Seven was David's own number when he played and is his little girl's middle name. Following the footie ace's post the England women's team sent Harper her own personalised kit. The strip had her name on it and the number seven.
