While Prince Harry seems to be making amends with his family in the UK, the same can't be said for Brooklyn Beckham, who appears to have taken another step to cut ties with his famous parents, David and Victoria Beckham.
The Cloud23 creator, 27, had a tattoo on his chest that read: "Mamma's boy" in small letters, but last year, he began the process of covering the inking.
Now, he has revealed the updated tattoo in all its glory in a photo of his torso which he shared on Instagram on Wednesday.
Brooklyn's new body art is reported to be a drawing of his wife’s bridal bouquet from their wedding in 2022.
This isn't the first tattoo Brooklyn has covered up
Brooklyn has also covered other family tattoo tributes amid the famous feud.
In February, the entrepreneur, who boasts over 100 inkings with more han 70 dedicated to his wife, previously had 'DAD' inscribed within an anchor design on his upper right arm, along with the message 'Love you Bust' beneath - in reference to David's nickname for his firstborn.
However, in a photo shared at the time by the Sun, Brooklyn's inked tribute was virtually covered up so that it was almost indiscernible.
Celebrity tattoo artist Claudio Traina, founder of Sixty Ink, who has worked with stars including Ryder Hudson, Doja Cat, Teddy Swims amongst others, said: "Family tribute tattoos are usually done with a lot of emotion and meaning, so covering one up is never a casual decision. While it is quite common for people to remove or cover up a partner's name, it is very rare to see someone want a family tribute removed.
"Partners may come and go, but you are born with your family, which is why these tattoos are normally seen as permanent in a different way. When they are removed, it often points to deep personal hurt or a major change in the relationship rather than regret over the tattoo itself. From a tattooist's point of view, people do not go through laser removal or cover-up.
The latest on the Beckham feud
In January, Brooklyn posted a shocking 800-word statement on his Instagram account, explaining he doesn't want reconciliation with his family, and made a number of bombshell allegations against his A-list parents.
Since then, Brooklyn and his family, including his siblings, Harper, Cruz and Romeo, have been completely estranged.
On Sunday, Cruz posted a series of photos on Instagram featuring his brother. The summer 'photo dump' included recent photos from the singer's fun summer, but included was a childhood photo of him and his brothers.
The sweet photo in question saw the brother trio standing together smiling, each topless and wearing just a pair of sports shorts.
Although it is unclear exactly how old each of them is, their eldest brother, Brooklyn, stands notably taller and is likely around 10 years old, which would make Cruz about 3 years old.
It's unclear if Brooklyn would have even seen the update as he blocked his family members from his Instagram account.
