Khloé Kardashian and Lamar Odom have called off their divorce, after Khloé's lawyer asked a judge to withdraw the petition that would end the couple's marriage.
Khloé, 31, originally filed for divorce in late 2013, but the pair did not sign off on the documents until July of this year and the papers were yet to be processed, due to a backlog in the city of Los Angeles.

Lamar, who is currently in a Los Angeles hospital continuing his recovery after being found unconscious last week, and Khloé had both signed the documents taken to court on Wednesday morning on their behalf.
Khloé has remained by the former NBA player's side since she arrived in Las Vegas where he was initially admitted to hospital, and travelled with the 35-year-old via helicopter to Los Angeles on Monday.
The reality TV star this week thanked the doctors and nurses who have been helping Lamar on the road to recovery
In a statement posted on her website the reality TV star said: "The past week has been incredibly difficult. I am so thankful to family, friends and fans, who have sent nothing but prayers and well wishes to Lamar." She then went on to express her gratitude to "the amazing doctors and nurses for their kindness and diligent work" who cared for Lamar at Sunrise Hospital.
The popular Kardashian continued: "You can never be prepared for an experience like this, but without the outpouring of love and endless prayers that Lamar has received and the strength I was given from my loved ones, it would have been difficult to endure."
Khloé has stayed by Lamar's side while he has remained in hospital
The basketball star’s health is improving gradually – he is able to breathe on his own without the help of a ventilator and can move his arms and legs. He has also passed a swallowing test, a promising sign of neurological function, and has communicated using hand signals.
The athlete has reportedly managed to say "Hey baby" and "Good morning" to Khloé since waking up, although he is still struggling to communicate and writes on note paper. "He whispers but doesn't talk," a source told In Touch.
Since being moved to Los Angeles, Lamar has also managed to "take a few steps" as "he continues to make his miraculous progress", said his family in a statement.
