Cheryl Fernandez-Versini looked happy and carefree as she stepped out in London on Monday evening. The X Factor star headed out for a girls night with former bandmates Nicola Roberts and Kimberley Walsh, as well as Perrie Edwards and Rochelle Humes, at the Sexy Fish restaurant in Berkeley Square.

The 32-year-old singer smiled broadly for the cameras as she made her way inside the popular eatery. She was seasonally dressed in a bright red shift dress, with a pair of black over-the-knee boots and a black coat to keep warm.

Cheryl seems to be shrugging off recent rumours surrounding her marriage to Jean-Bernard Fernandez-Versini. The couple, who have been married for 17 months, were last seen in public together in October. According to the Sun, JB has been spending the festive period in Miami, leaving Cheryl alone at home while she took part in the X Factor final.

"It's so odd that JB would leave Cheryl at a time when she is so exhausted after the most stressful week of her year," a source told the newspaper. "She's also had to face all the talk about her marriage alone and it can't have been easy."

The insider added: "It's very telling that no one will say if they are physically together or not after such a long time apart."

Last month Jean-Bernard spoke out to publically dismiss claims the couple's marriage is in trouble. "Normally don't read or comment," he wrote on Instagram. "But the truth is that even when my dad died I put my life on the line for my wife.

"Yes I am working like everybody else to put food on the table but my priority is my wife as this is the last person that is family. This is just nonsense. What matters is family and my wife is my only one left so if she needs me I am always going to be there. My wife Cheryl is my priority, nothing else."
