Khloé Kardashian has split from her boyfriend James Harden. The couple had started dating over the summer, but recently decided to call off their romance, it has been revealed. A source confirmed to People magazine that their relationship had become strained in the wake of her estranged husband Lamar Odom's health crisis, with Khloé dedicating large amounts of time to supporting his ongoing recovery.
"It hasn't been easy," a source close to the family stated. "James obviously has wanted to see her more and be with her more, but she's felt like she needed to stay in LA to be with her family and to deal with the Lamar stuff. That has put some strain on things."

Khloé, 31, previously said that 26-year-old James had been "very supportive and awesome" following Lamar's hospitalisation. "I'm just allowing everything to unfold. If it’s ever too overwhelming (for him), then I understand that as well."
Khloé and Lamar decided to put their divorce on hold in October as they dealt with his health problems, although she emphasised shortly afterwards that it did not mean the former couple were back together.

Despite her split from basketball star James, Khloé isn't giving up on love. On the same day that their break up was revealed, Khloé signed up to a dating website. The reality star posted details on her website, telling potential suitors that her typical Friday night consist of "working or hanging out with nieces and nephews: Penelope, Mason, Reign, Saint and North", and revealing that her motto is "taking every day as it comes".
Khloé seemed to hint that her romance with James had come to an end when she posted as inspiring message on Instagram two days ago. The star uploaded a photo of a quote which read: "You may have had unfair things happen, but know that the depth of your pain is an indication of the height of your future."
She captioned the image with a long caption of her own. "Everything happens for a reason… Right?! I'm a firm believer of this saying. We may not understand why we have to walk a certain path or why when it rains, it pours but trust that God has a plan. 'Walk by faith, not by sight.'"

She added, "We must lose in order to gain. Lessons are best taught through our darkest hour. Through crying and defeat. Through sorrow and loss. All of my pain or sadness has only built my strength, soul, character and wisdom. One day, all of our trials and tribulations will add up and make perfect sense. Until that day comes, learn to laugh at confusion and dance in the rain. 'The pain that you have been feeling, can't compare to the joy that’s coming.' Romans 8:18."
