hellomagazine.com

Lisa Marie Presley has filed for divorce from her husband Michael Lockwood, her representative has confirmed. The 48-year-old cited irreconcilable differences in her court documents, which she filed on 13 June.

The couple, who celebrated their 10th wedding anniversary in January 2016, are parents to seven-year-old twin daughters Harper Vivienne Ann and Finley Aaron Love. Lisa Marie has requested full custody of the children, and has offered music producer Michael, 55, monitored visitation. She has not asked for spousal support or child support. "She doesn't want any of his money," a source told TMZ, adding that the pair have a prenup in place.

Lisa Marie Presley has filed for divorce from her fourth husband Michael Lockwood

This was Lisa Marie's fourth marriage. She tied the knot with musician Danny Keough, with who she has two children, model and actress Riley Keough, and son Benjamin Keough, in October 3, 1988. They split in May 1994, but have remained on very good terms since their divorce.

Lisa Marie then had high-profile unions with Michael Jackson, from 1994 to 1996, and Nicolas Cage, from 2002 until 2004.

Back in 2007, Lisa Marie – daughter of Elvis Presley – told Marie Claire that the "biggest mistake of (her) life" was "leaving (her) first marriage" for second husband Michael Jackson.

The 48-year-old was famously married to Michael Jackson

"I had been really sheltered," she explained. "I got married the first time very, very young. And the marriage I was in, there was so much resentment about who I was, because I had more than he did, and it became a power struggle. It is hard for a man to be with a woman who is stronger, wealthier."

The singer continued, "So in my mind I'm thinking, 'I know, I'll get with someone more compatible.' I wasn't thinking what everyone else was thinking, which was that I must have been out of my mind."
