Autumnwatch presenter Martin Hughes-Games had a huge surprise when he went to register his newborn son's birth after spotting he had been labelled as 'deceased' on the birth certificate.
The TV presenter quickly saw the funny side of the morbid mistake, tweeting a photo of the form in which he is listed as 'television presenter (deceased)', writing: "Registered little Sam's birth yesterday. Surprised to read my occupation on birth cert. Unsettling!"

"There are some tv presenters I could swear were zombies, but I'd never have included you among them," another added.
Martin announced the birth of his third son Sam by sharing a snap of the newborn on 27 August, writing: "The wife and I are bit busy at present."
