Nineties born Liam Payne has made an ode to his birth year with his latest tattoo design. The singer took to Twitter to unveil the design to his fans, simply captioning the image ©1993. Running down the side of his arm, the tattoo saying ‘1993’ stands out in white ink against his other tattoos, boldly outlined in black. Followers were quick to share their thoughts on his latest piece of body art, with one writing: “Tattoo goals,” while another simply commented: “Beautiful.” However, others wondered whether there was more to the post that met the eye. One fan wrote: “YES DADDY,” believing it to suggest that Liam’s girlfriend, Cheryl, had already given birth.

Liam's latest tattoo marked the year he was born

Liam began fueling rumours that the baby had already been born last week after sharing a cryptic message with his followers. "Why do I always do the strangest walk when I'm trying to be quiet in a morning," he teased. The post immediately sent Twitter into meltdown with fans suggesting the singer has dropped the biggest hint yet. "Were you trying not to wake baby?" asked one follower, while another remarked: "Who are you trying not to wake up? That's the real question."

Liam and Cheryl are soon to be first time parents

Cheryl finally confirmed her pregnancy last month, showing off her beautiful baby bump in a new campaign photo and video for L'Oreal and The Prince's Trust. The campaign saw Cheryl cradling her blossoming bump as she spoke about self-worth for the new confidence campaign. It's not known exactly when the images were taken, but the baby's arrival does seem imminent. A source told the Metro: "Cheryl is getting very excited to meet her baby. Her due date was mid to late March but she knows there is a two week window on either side, so her baby could be here literally any day now."
