Kate Cassidy has revealed she is getting one of her tattoo tributes to her late boyfriend Liam Payne removed as she's unhappy with the final result.
The 27-year-old TikTok star shared a video of herself in a Miami tattoo studio getting her '444' angel number lasered off. Kate originally had the symbolic digits inked on her hand following Liam’s tragic death in October 2024.
"Decided to get some tattoos removed that were done poorly, will be getting redone eventually," she wrote, reassuring fans that she would be getting it re-inked at some point.
The influencer has remained single since One Direction star's devastating death in October 2024 when he fell from a hotel room balcony in Buenos Aires at the age of 31.
Kate has plenty of tattoos in Liam's honour, collecting several meaningful inkings over the past few months to commemorate their two-year relationship.
As well as the '444’ tattoo, Kate also has angel wings on her fingers, Liam’s initials 'LP' on her wrist, a wilted rose etched on her thumb (similar to the one Liam had on his neck), and the number four on her left ring finger.
The number 444 represents divine protection in numerology, signifying that spiritual guides or angels are watching over you.
Liam's heartbreaking death that rocked the world
News of Liam's death rocked the world when it emerged he had fallen from the third floor of his hotel in Buenos Aires on October 16, 2024.
Authorities responded to an emergency call at the Casa Sur Hotel, located in the Palermo neighbourhood of the Argentine capital.
Toxicology and autopsy findings released during the investigation concluded that multiple substances were present in his system at the time of his death.

Kate Cassidy's public grieving since Liam’s death
Kate has lived out her grief with the eyes of the world watching her from his funeral – attended by his 1D bandmates – to her social media followers, as she attempts to move on with her life while still honouring Liam's memory.
At the time of his death, Kate wrote on social media: "I lost my best friend and someone I thought I had so much more time and life left to share with. Now facing the reality that I live in a constant state of missing you is something I still can’t fully wrap my head around".
She also referenced the symbolism of 444 in her tribute, revealing how it had shaped the last few weeks of their romance.
"A few weeks ago, we sat outside on a beautiful evening manifesting our lives together. I keep your note close, even though you told me not to look at it. It said, 'Me and Kate to marry within a year/engaged & together forever 444.' Liam, I know we'll be together forever, but not in the way we planned. You'll always be with me. I've gained a guardian angel."
