Queen of the Jungle Georgia Toffolo had just the thing to decorate her Christmas tree when she arrived back from Australia after her I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here win; her jungle crown. “It’s actually hanging on my Christmas tree. I thought, ‘What better angel on top of my tree than my jungle crown?” she tells HELLO! in her first magazine shoot since winning the hit show.
Now back in the UK the 23-year-old is looking forward to a family Christmas in Devon. “Mum’s tried to book us in somewhere for Christmas lunch but everywhere’s full. She said she might have to pull a few strings now I’ve won the jungle, but I’ve refused to let her. So she’s going to have to cook!” laughs the Made In Chelsea star.
That’s if she manages to get home at all. “Yesterday I got in my car – it’s a proper old banger, a mini – and I’ve been away for so long it’s seized up in the cold and it wouldn’t start. I fear this could be the end of the Toffmobile… at this rate I’ll be hitchhiking to Devon!”

Toff, who won over the nation with her determined attitude and her sunny disposition, may be the most popular young woman in Britain right now. But, she admits, she has insecurities just like anyone else – and her jungle stint has given her the confidence to battle them.
“There’s lots of insecurities that I’ve dealt with after this jungle thing, like my skin, particularly. I’ve suffered for years with acne and apparently there was a real hoo-ha that I was allowed to take in makeup. Well, I’m not ashamed to say that, yes, I did wear foundation in there. I’m terribly self-conscious about my skin. I’ve been in tears about it many a time – my friends know how much I suffer. I have hidden behind thick, camouflage foundation for years,” she says.
She’s proud of what she’s achieved in the jungle. “I found a strength within me that I didn’t even know I had. I’ve really surprised myself.”
