Many of the snaps were taken on tour with some of the music industry's biggest names, such as David Bowie, whose Sound and Vision tour in 1990 was covered by Dave. Other faces in the Hogie's Heroes exhibition include David Walliams and Sir Bob Geldof, who said: "I don't know anyone who doesn't like Dave and respect his craft/art and more importantly respect him as a person. A very good man who contributed hugely and magnanimously and continually to band aid/live aid by using his great skill for the benefit of others. He is a superb photographer."
