Plunging necklines and glamorous gowns were the order of the day at the Pantene Pro-V Spirit of Beauty awards on Tuesday night. Particularly eye-catching were the creations worn by former It girl Lady Victoria Hervey and Robbie Williams’ new flame Rachel Hunter.

Looking exceptionally svelte, Lady Victoria had opted for a backless, colourful comic-strip-print cat suit, slashed to below the navel and accessorised with a fun “Pow!” belt. To top off her outrageous look, she wore a striking black wig.

Meanwhile, Rod Stewart’s ex-wife Rachel was also coming in for her fair share of attention in a stunning low-cut gown in aquamarine and brown devoré with a leopard-skin inspired skirt in floaty chiffon.

Others cutting a dramatic dash at the event, which was hosted by Ab Fab duo Joanna Lumley and Jennifer Saunders, were model and I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here personality Nell McAndrews and former EastEnders actress Patsy Palmer.

The awards, dubbed the Oscars of the beauty industry, were presented at a ceremony in London’s Royal Albert Hall.
