Romeo Beckham appears to be following in his mother's footsteps with the launch of his own fashion collection.
The 23-year-old son of David and Victoria Beckham first teased the venture back in April when he posted a photo of himself wearing three retro-inspired football jackets influenced by England, Brazil and the USA.
Now, the collection has been showcased by his family in a series of photos shared by Victoria Beckham on Instagram.
In the carousel, Victoria, David, Romeo, his girlfriend Kim Turnbull, Cruz and his girlfriend Jackie Apostel were all seen wearing England-inspired jackets from the collection. Victoria captioned the post: "So excited for you @romeobeckham @intra x"
While Romeo has yet to make an official announcement, the project would mark his first major venture into fashion design after previously establishing a career in modelling.
Like mother, like son
Romeo's apparent move into fashion mirrors his mother's successful career in the industry, having built both her eponymous fashion label and a makeup and beauty line, Victoria Beckham Beauty.
Taking to her Instagram Stories, Victoria also shared a snap of herself, David and Romeo alongside the caption: "Proud of you." She later posted a photo of David with Cruz, writing: "Makes me smile!!!"
Romeo's surprise giveaway
On Thursday, Romeo took to the streets of London to give away pieces from the collection in a surprise fan event.
The model and former footballer was spotted wearing an Intra jacket with a matching beanie and grey shorts as he walked through the capital with Kim before stopping to pose for photos with fans.
Sharing a photo of himself sorting boxes of stock inside an Intra van, Romeo captioned the post: "80 piece giveaway tonight 6pm, first come first serve. Broadwick Street, London, W1F 8JB."
He later followed up with a video showing the crowds who had gathered to get their hands on the new collection.
Following in Victoria's footsteps
Romeo isn't the first to follow in his mother's footsteps in a creative career, as his younger brother, Cruz, has begun making a name for himself in music, while Harper is launching a skincare and beauty brand called HIKU by Harper.
Speaking to the Financial Times earlier in May, Victoria explained: "I've handed the baton over to my youngest son. Cruz is the performer now, he plays his instruments, he is very talented, so I let him do that now."
Reflecting on how she and David have raised their children – Brooklyn, Romeo, Cruz and Harper – Victoria previously shared on Emma Grede's Aspire podcast: "Ultimately, we want the kids to be hard working, kind. I think that I've always wanted to be the best mum that I could be and look after the kids, but I feel that it's been part of my job to really help them fulfil their full potential. For them to recognise what their sense of purpose is."
Victoria also reflected on Cruz's burgeoning music career: "Anything that I could do to support him, to encourage and to help him, that's my job as his mum."
The fashion designer added: "It's never about being pushy or forcing. It's being there to support."
